A £75 deposit is required with all bookings and the balance is due one full month before arrival.
A heating charge of £30 low season and £20 high season is required for central heating.

BOOKING FORM AND CONDITIONS
In order to book, Windfalls, simply telephone 01603-720235, or write and a provisional booking can be arranged.
To confirm, please complete the form overleaf and send with a non-refundable deposit of £75 and receipt and confirmation will then be given in writing together with details of the cottage location.
By completing the booking form and returning it with your deposit, you warrant that you are over 18, and have the authority of all persons who will use the property during your stay. You will also indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly to the property and its contents from any act or omission by yourself or any person accompanying you.
The owner reserves the right, in the case of an emergency to cancel any booking at any time and return any sums that have been paid in advance. The balance of the rent is to be paid in full, one month before arrival. All lettings are on a weekly basis and run strictly from 3.00p.m. to 10a.m., Saturday to Saturday.
The property sleeps six persons plus one baby in a cot and the owner will ask any persons above this number to vacate the property immediately as it is in breach of the hiring terms.
Please contact the owner - Mrs Jane Jones - two or three days prior to arrival to arrange for collection of keys.
I, the undersigned agree to rent Windfalls for the week(s) from Saturday 3p.m.
to Saturday ... I Oa.m. at a rental of £ per week. I enclose a deposit of £75.
I undertake to pay the balance of the rental being in total £ one month in advance.
I further agree to leave Windfalls in a clean and tidy condition on my departure and undertake to replace and/or repair all losses, damage and breakages occurring during the period of my agreed occupation.
